Seventeen year old Anna Drongers was having a challenging time being a part-time grade twelve student. Worries about her mother and missing so much school, resulting in a ton of homework, was made more difficult when Anna met Tony, a Jehovah’s Witness. Her feelings for him grew quickly although she knew there were great religious differences which she tried to push away. It was at a summer job at her aunt’s and uncle’s far away farm that Anna found out what she had to do.
It was a heart-wrenching, though very clear, decision. Anna had to learn that God’s ways are often not our ways, but they are the very best!
