Nel Spaan

Author (with Janny Bout) of three books for children as well as some books intended for adult readers, Nel Spaan met Janny Bout while they were both teachers at the Van Lodenstein College in the Netherlands. They found they shared many common interests, including church history, the topic of most of their books. Miss Bout does most of the writing, while Miss Spaan shares some writing but most of the editing duties. The research for their books has led to a number of trips to Scotland and England.
